As a growing Building Automation and Technology company we are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Human Resources to join our journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tech and niche hiring, thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable working closely with Senior Management Team. The role carries a strong Talent Acquisition focus (60%) covering tech, product and specialized roles through multiple sourcing channels along with 40% exposure to General HR and People HR offering end-to-end ownership across the employee lifecycle. What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition (60%)
– Drive end-to-end hiring for tech, product and niche roles
– Own sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach and niche channels
– Partner with Founders, CXOs and hiring managers on role clarity and closures
– Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
– Ensure strong candidate experience and timely closures
General HR & People HR (40%)
– Own on boarding, employee engagement and day-to-day people operations
– Act as a first-point people partner for employees and managers
– Support performance management and confirmations
– Handle employee relations with maturity and discretion
– Contribute to culture, communication and people initiatives
Who You Are
– 4–7 years of HR experience with strong tech hiring exposure
– Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– High ownership, execution-oriented mindset
– Able to balance people sensitivity with business needs
