What you’ll do
• Think & Create
o Translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives across brand,
product, and campaign work
o Build assets across formats — static, motion, print, digital, and
experimental
o Collaborate with writers, product teams, and marketing leads from concept
to execution
• Design with AI
o Use tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Runway for visual concepting and
production
o Understand prompt design, post-processing, and when to balance AI vs.
manual creation
o Build design workflows that are faster, sharper, and future-ready
• Own the Visual Identity
o Create graphics, illustrations, iconography, mockups, pitch decks, and
presentations
o Work within and evolve our visual language across formats and teams
o Maintain consistency and clarity in all public-facing communication
• Photo + Video Production
o Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality content: founder videos, product
explainers, social reels, testimonials, and event footage
o Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut for crisp,
professional outputs
o Handle everything from basic shoots to edits, colour grading, subtitles, and
music selection
You should have
• 2–4 years of hands-on design experience (agency, product, or startup
background preferred)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and
Canva
• Experience with AI visual tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, typography, and branding
• Experience with video editing and photo-based storytelling
• A sharp eye, fast execution, and a no-handholding mindset
Bonus if you
• Have motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie)
• Understand basic UX/UI or product design systems
• Can shoot stills or videos in low-resource, fast-paced environments
• Enjoy hacking creative production using emerging tools
