Role Purpose
Build and run the day-to-day marketing engine for Enlite across digital channels—
ensuring consistency in brand, design, and messaging while enabling high-quality,
always-on content execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across social platforms
- Own LinkedIn publishing, scheduling, and engagement tracking
- Maintain and update website content (blogs, product pages, announcements)
- Execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate with design for creatives, assets, and campaign requirements
- Maintain marketing documentation, asset repositories, and content libraries
- Support launches, reports, and company announcements across channels
- Ensure all output aligns with Enlite’s brand, tone, and design language
- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements across website and digital touchpoints

- Consistent, high-quality social media presence

Skills and Capabilities
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B content ecosystems
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
- Strong organizational and execution ability
