Role Overview
We are looking for a digital marketing professional who can own Enlite’s brand presence across platforms and drive our positioning as a thought leader. This role goes beyond “social media management” it involves building a strong digital identity, creating compelling narratives, generating demand, and establishing category leadership.
Key Responsibilities
– Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead Enlite’s digital marketing roadmap, aligning campaigns with business goals.
– Content & Storytelling: Build and manage content calendars — including thought leadership posts, case studies, product explainers, blogs, and video assets.
– Brand Presence: Grow Enlite’s visibility across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and relevant digital channels.
– Campaigns & Performance Marketing: Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with measurable ROI.
– Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics; present insights and recommend improvements.
– Category Creation: shape a new narrative for Enlite as a distinct digital-first automation platform.
– Partnerships: Identify and leverage collaborations with industry forums, influencers, and media partners to amplify Enlite’s voice.
– Tools & Automation: Use digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, SEMrush, etc.) to streamline execution and reporting.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and market positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
– 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing for a B2B technology or services brand.
– Demonstrated ability to build brand presence and run campaigns that delivered measurable outcomes (engagement, leads, visibility).
– Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
– Strong portfolio of content work (case studies, thought leadership, product storytelling).
– Past experience in scaling a brand’s digital presence from early stages is highly valued.
– Comfort working independently, experimenting, and iterating quickly.
– Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
