Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Real Estate and Commercial sectors. This opportunity is open for candidates located in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, or Bangalore. The role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology and deep domain knowledge of SaaS and building management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned city.
– Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities within commercial real estate and related industries.
– Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated building automation solutions.
– Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposal creation, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation.
– Maintain real-time updates on leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress using HubSpot CRM.
– Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments to address customer needs promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
– 5- 8 yrs of proven experience in sales of SaaS, IoT, or building automation solutions, specifically for the commercial real estate domain.
– Strong understanding of building management systems and cloud technologies.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage complex solution sales with multiple stakeholders.
– Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
– Must hold an Engineering degree ( Electronics or Mechanical Preferred).
