Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying
and securing new business opportunities in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consulting space,
specifically focusing on BMS (Building Management System) solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with various MEP consultants,
identifying and pursuing new business leads, and showcasing our Enlite make BMS solutions to end customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and develop relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to promote Enlite make BMS solutions in upcoming tenders and projects.
- Meet with consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultant), and end customers to showcase our BMS solutions and ensure inclusion of Enlite make in tender specifications.
- Develop and deliver solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value proposition of Enlite BMS solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and pursue tenders for BMS packages in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical, to ensure alignment and delivery of Enlite BMS solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase Enlite’s presence in the BMS market and expand our customer base.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the MEP consulting or BMS industry.
- Strong understanding of BMS solutions, MEP consulting, and the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing and developing relationships with MEP consultants and architects.
- Familiarity with BMS solutions, including Enlite make products.
- Experience in tendering, bidding, and project execution.
